Start Your Evaluation

If you’re asking whether you may be autistic as an adult, you’re not alone. And you’re not late.

Many adults arrive at this question after years of masking, misdiagnosis, burnout, or being told they’re “too functional” to qualify. We provide comprehensive autism evaluations designed specifically for adults who want real clarity—not minimization, shortcuts, or screening quizzes.

We've empowered over 150 adults who described common experiences:

  • They suspect autism but were dismissed or overlooked earlier in life

  • They learned to mask and appear “high functioning” on the outside

  • Anxiety, ADHD, or burnout never fully explained their experience

  • Online autism screeners resonated—but weren’t enough

  • They wanted a real clinical autism diagnosis, not a quiz

  • They're ready for clarity, even if the answer isn’t autism

This evaluation is for adults who want to understand themselves more accurately—not to collect labels, but to make sense of long-standing patterns.

What makes our approach different

Clinically Rigorous

without being rushed

We don’t diagnose lightly. Each evaluation carefully examines developmental history, current functioning, and alternative explanations.

Designed for adults

who've learned to cope

Adult autism often looks different from childhood stereotypes. We specialize in high-masking and late-identified presentations.

Clear feedback

that reinforces strengths

You’ll receive feedback that explains why conclusions were reached—and what they mean for your life going forward.

If autism doesn't fit, we'll say so.

A “no” can be just as valuable as a “yes.” Our goal is accuracy, not confirmation. We investigate numerous other conditions and explanations during the process.

Common Questions

Is an online autism evaluation valid for adults?
Yes. When conducted by licensed psychologists using established clinical methods, telehealth evaluations are widely accepted and clinically sound.

Can this help if I think I have both autism and ADHD?
Yes. While we focus on Autism, a differential diagnosis and identification of comorbidities and/or concerns around other conditions such as ADHD is a core part of our evaluation process.

Do you evaluate adults who don’t ‘fit the stereotype’?
Absolutely. Many adults — especially women — mask or present differently than traditional diagnostic models assume. Our licensed, clinical psychologists have experience specifically evaluating adults who present with a variety of lived experience and co-occurring conditions.

How does the process work?

After payment, your evaluation journey starts immediately and unfolds in three parts.

  1. You'll complete intake that typically takes 2 to 4 hours, all online and on your own time.

  2. You'll schedule and attend your 90-minute telehealth session with a licensed clinical psychologist who will have reviewed your intake information prior the session.

  3. You'll receive a detailed, interactive and downloadable final report with clear diagnostic conclusions and next steps.

Will this be accepted by employers or schools?
Yes. Our licensed psychologists make official DSM-5-TR diagnoses complete with ICD-10 coding recognized for most educational and workplace accommodations.

How long does the process take?

Upon payment, you get started immediately with intake. Most patients schedule their live session and receive their final report 2 weeks after completing intake.

What happens during the live evaluation?

The live online evaluation involves a licensed psychologist asking follow-up questions and observing communication and social interaction through structured, natural conversation.

When will I receive my report?

Reports are typically ready within 1 day after the live evaluation. You’ll be notified by email once it’s ready.

What does the report include?

The report includes:

  • A clear summary with emphasis on your strengths as an individual

  • Any official DSM-5-TR diagnoses, severity levels, and clinical justification

  • Detailed recommendations and resources personalized to you

  • Consideration of co-occurring or differential conditions

  • Detailed appendices including all sources of information and standardized testing results

What if something other than autism is identified?

Our process investigates all relevant possibilities. If another condition better explains your experience—or if autism co-occurs with other conditions—your clinician will explain this clearly and include next steps.

Will this evaluation address anxiety, depression, or ADHD?
We explore these areas as part of understanding the full picture, but our main focus is determining whether you meet criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder. If needed, your report will include recommendations for further evaluation or treatment.
