What to Expect
The process for evaluations can be complex and convoluted for patients. We hope to provide clarity and confidence prior to, during, and post-evaluation.

Autism Evaluations
Once a date and time for your session have been determined, an invoice for the non-refundable deposit and the evaluation will be sent to you via e-mail. When the deposit is made, your appointment is reserved. Measures and consent forms that can be completed prior to the session will also be sent via e-mail.
During our session, a caregiver or other person who is familiar with the client's behaviors during ages 4-5 years will be interviewed. This will take between 60-90 minutes. A 30-minute interview will be conducted with the client as well.
When all forms, measures, and funds have been received, a follow-up session will be scheduled to discuss results and recommendations. The follow-up session will not cost you additional fees, and in some cases, can be provided during your original appointment time.

SCS Clearances
Once a date and time for your session have been determined, an invoice for the non-refundable deposit and the clearance evaluation will be sent to you via e-mail. When the deposit is made, your appointment is reserved. Measures, questionnaires, and consent forms that can be completed prior to the session will also be sent via e-mail.
A brief (15-30 minutes) interview will be conducted during our session. The remainder of our time will be for discussion of results and recommendations. Your report will be available and sent to your email within a week, enabling you to share it with your surgeon or others as you deem appropriate.

Bariatrics Clearances
Once a date and time for your session have been determined, an invoice for the non-refundable deposit and the clearance evaluation will be sent to you via e-mail. When the deposit is made, your appointment is reserved. Measures, questionnaires, and consent forms that can be completed prior to the session will also be sent via e-mail.
A psychosocial interview lasting about 30-45 minutes will be administered during our session. The remainder of the session will be available for results and recommendations. Your report will be available and sent to your email within a week, enabling you to share it with your surgeon or others as you deem appropriate.
